Together, we turn training into jobs, benefits, and stability for single moms and their kids—one cohort at a time

Employer

We partner with businesses that need reliable grey-collar services—like administrative support, office administration, and entry-level management.

Our candidates aren’t just looking for a job; they’re vetted, trained, and matched to the right roles. Midway through their program, they step into internships that let them gain hands-on experience while giving employers the chance to see their skills and fit in action.

This means less time and money spent on onboarding, smoother transitions into permanent roles, and stronger employee retention. It’s a win-win: businesses get dependable, prepared team members, and candidates get a clear path to growth in their careers.

Sponsor

Sponsors can make a life-changing difference by funding a Cohort Kit, which provides scholarships, essential devices, and guaranteed employment opportunities upon program completion.

This support removes the biggest barriers for participants, opening doors to education, skills, and career pathways they might not otherwise access. Each Cohort Kit is more than financial backing—it’s a tangible investment in human potential, resilience, and brighter futures. As a sponsor, you’ll know your contribution directly empowered someone to step into a career with confidence and purpose.

Community Ally

Not every sponsor has to give financially—sometimes the most powerful contribution is showing up as a Community Ally. These are the mentors, child-care providers, and community educators who offer day-to-day support, as well as event planners, local service providers, and businesses who step in with practical help. Retailers can provide discounts on essentials, influencers can share stories to broaden exposure, and networking leaders can open doors to new opportunities. Together, these allies create the wraparound support that helps participants succeed—not just in completing the program, but in building stable, connected lives beyond it. Anyone with time, skills, resources, or a platform to share can become a Community Ally, and every contribution makes the path forward stronger and more sustainable.

Why Traditional Recruiting Falls Short The average business spends $5,000–$6,000 per hire on recruiting fees. Even then, the candidates may not stay, leading to costly turnover. Employers need a talent pipeline that’s both reliable and aligned with their values. The InPowered Advantage Through a unique partnership with Utah Valley University, InPowered trains single mothers in financial crisis to re-enter the workforce with confidence. Employers who partner with the program gain: Pre-trained candidates in workplace tech (Office, CRM, AI tools) Motivated employees committed to stability and growth Reduced turnover through onboarding support and mentorship Lower recruiting costs compared to traditional hiring It’s not just a hiring solution—it’s a social impact investment. How Employer Partnerships Work Employers can engage with InPowered in several ways: Employer Subscription Access Pilot tier: $250/mo or $2,500/yr (5 candidate unlocks/month, 24-hour early access, 2 interview slots per cohort) Partner tier: $750/mo or $7,500/yr (10 candidate unlocks/month, 72-hour priority access, 6 interview slots per cohort, 90-day onboarding support) Sponsor a Candidate $456 tuition sponsorship covers one participant’s training. Sponsorships can be paid directly to UVU or through the Live Your Dream Foundation. Pre-Hire & Placement Employers can pre-commit to hiring a candidate from the next cohort. Mid-program check-ins and mock interviews ensure alignment before graduation. The Retention Factor InPowered doesn’t stop at placement. Employers receive 90-day onboarding support, including: Mentor check-ins Issue triage Retention strategies to ensure a smooth transition This added layer helps reduce early turnover and creates a stronger long-term fit between employer and employee. Aligning CSR with Talent Needs For companies focused on corporate social responsibility (CSR), partnering with InPowered is more than filling a role—it’s about: Supporting single mothers in building sustainable careers Strengthening local communities by reducing poverty rates Enhancing company culture through values-driven hiring The InPowered Program bridges the gap between employers and untapped talent. By hiring through InPowered, companies save money, reduce turnover, and make a measurable impact on families and communities. It’s the kind of win-win partnership every business should explore. 👉 Ready to hire with purpose?
