What InPowered is all about:

Helping you succeed

In partnership with Utah Valley University, the InPowered Program offers 10 seats for single mothers in financial crisis, a seven-week course designed to refresh and expand their workplace skills.  so you’ll always have the support, guidance, and personal attention you deserve. A new group starts every seven weeks, giving you the chance to jump in when you’re ready.

To apply, you’ll need to meet a few simple requirements: 

• Be a single mom with dependent children
• Has available childcare or a plan for childcare if needed
• Currently facing financial hardship without outside support
• Have been out of the workforce for at least two years. 
• High school diploma or equivalent and a clean record.
• Tools: Applicants need to have their own laptops.
• Commit to one night a week in person (No classes can be missed)

Participants gain hands-on training in the most current business tools, from Microsoft Office and CRM systems to AI applications, while also developing strong interviewing and professional communication skills in addition to employment opportunities ahead of the Career Essentials course.

This program equips mothers with the confidence, resources, and connections needed to step into sustainable employment and brighter futures.
