Carrie Hill — Storytelling, Resilience, and the Fight to End Divorce-Driven Poverty
This is a subtitle for your new post

Introduction
Carrie Hill is more than a storyteller—she’s a builder of bridges. As the founder of CHill Consulting Agency, host of the ReFind Resilience Podcast, and co-creator of the InPowered Program, Carrie brings heart, strategy, and purpose to every project she leads. Her mission is simple yet profound: to use authentic storytelling and relationship-driven initiatives to transform lives, empower women, and create lasting community change.
CHill Consulting Agency: PR with Purpose
For over two decades, Carrie has helped values-first organizations—particularly nonprofits serving women, children, veterans, and mental health causes—rise above the noise. At CHill Consulting Agency, storytelling isn’t just about visibility. It’s about trust, connection, and impact.
From PR strategies and media outreach to workshops and brand partnerships, Carrie’s approach is rooted in listening first, aligning with values, and putting missions front and center.

The InPowered Program: Ending Divorce-Driven Poverty
Perhaps Carrie’s most impactful initiative is the InPowered Program, a seven-week micro-certification course created in partnership with Utah Valley University. Inspired by her own journey as a “divorce-driven poverty thriver,” Carrie built InPowered to help divorced women with limited financial support step back into the workforce with confidence.
The program offers:
Career-ready training in workplace tools (Office, CRM, AI apps)
Professional coaching for resumes, interviews, and communication
SMART goal-setting to create clear, achievable action plans
Job placement support (through a placement agency launching in 2025)
With only 10 seats per cohort, InPowered provides hands-on mentorship, scholarships, and employer partnerships to ensure women move from surviving to thriving.

Carrie Hill’s work is proof that authentic storytelling can change more than brand reputations—it can change lives.
